It's the end of the year and I’m counting my blessings.
i wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m so very grateful.
I’m here in toronto (in the old apartment) about to start work as a real-life, artist in residence. I once believed this to be a mythical job.
I would not have had rhe courage to take the leap I took 7 years ago without the support and encouragement of you all. To pick up a brush and start painting seemed ludicrous, but somehow it’s working.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s been an incredible ride, and this year was a testament to the power of support.
i will be at The Tangled Art and Disability gallery, 401 Richmond until January 28 as the artist in Residence. Come say “hello” and we’ll hang out.
Contact me if you’d like to schedule a portrait sitting while I’m here. It’d be nice to see you.
hapoy new year!
